RECEPTIONIST (including cleaning duties) - Dulwich Podiatry Ltd - SE22
Hours of Work:
Monday-Wednesday 1.15pm-8.30pm and Saturdays 8.45am -4.30pm (27.5 hours per week)

Dulwich Podiatry Ltd, 6 Woodwarde Road, London SE22 8UJ
Salary:
£16,516.50 pa (£22,522.50 wte) plus bonuses
Reports To:
Senior Administrator
Job Purpose
- To be part of a highly motivated team, providing a high standard of clinical care in community settings.
- To provide reception cover and other administrative functions to ensure the efficient running of Dulwich Podiatry Ltd.
- To ensure that the practice environments are maintained to a high level of infection control.
Dulwich Podiatry Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic administration and front of house person to join our dedicated administration team.
This role will focus on providing excellent reception service, answering calls in a friendly and professional manner and providing support to the Senior Administrator as required.

- You are somebody who communicates well, and possesses a great phone manner. You smile when you answer the phone, and always go the extra mile to help patients out. You possess the same skills with your one on one interaction with patients and other staff members.
- You have great integrity - you are trustworthy and honest.
- You can work both independently and in a team environment.
- You can follow direction when required and are happy to take constructive criticism on board
- Your time management and prioritization skills are exceptional. You have a real ability for staying focused and on task.
- You have a great sense of humour, and you are a passionate and motivated person.
- You do have administration experience, and are available to cover other sessions and attend out of hours meetings when required
