We are currently recruiting for the position of Payroll Advisor.


Reporting to the Group HR Manager and based within the organisations HR Team, the Payroll Advisor will be responsible for providing a first class monthly payroll service for all Fish Brothers employees.

This will include responsibility for calculating and processing the payroll for the Company's 300 employees and reporting company car usage to the HMRC.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the payroll systems and data and will also have responsibility for reconciling control accounts and uploading payroll data to the company accounting system.


Specific duties will include calculating employee salaries, providing accurate reconciliation of all payroll entries, calculating and adjusting accruals, managing year end processing, (including P11d preparation and submission) and administering company car reporting to the HMRC.


You will require significant experience in a similar Payroll position, possess a good standard of general education and have a good knowledge of HMRC regulations, including statutory payments, PAYE and RTI.

Previous experience managing company car schemes will also be essential.

You will be comfortable working both on your own initiative and as part of small team and will have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
