FINANCE ASSISTANT APPRENTICE
The Finance Assistant Apprentice Role is to provide support to the Finance Department.

You will be assisting the Head of Finance with Payroll, invoicing and other critical areas of the Finance Department, ensuring accuracy across the department and helping with the smooth running of the department's daily functions and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting with the preparation of payroll
Invoicing clients
Paying contractors
Consolidating bank account
Maintaining asset register and asset management
Helping to initiate cost savings

TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION

Working towards the Accounts or Finance Assistant Level 2 apprenticeship standard.
All delivered within the workplace via online training and at Colchester Institute Campus.
Qualifications include: AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting.

CAREER PROGRESSION

A2B Contract Cars Limited are looking to add to their team and would like to at the end of the apprenticeship, offer a full-time permanent position within the Finance Department, based on appraisal and performance review.
