We're looking for an ambitious, self-driven Senior Recruiter to join our award-winning team that's driven by games, fuelled by talent.

What you'll do

Develop, grow and maintain strong client relationships throughout the recruitment process.
Identifying and securing new business opportunities, networking to build a client base and managing existing accounts effectively.
Being consistently on track with weekly KPIs and targets.

What you'll need

Previous experience within a recruitment or sales environment
Demonstrate building and maintaining strong longterm relationships.
Relationship focused with a salesdriven mentality.
High attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.
Executes resilience and adaptability.
