Tewkesbury

£35,000 - £45,000 Per Annum
Our client, a well-established ever growing company in the aerospace sector is looking for a Programme/ Setter/ Operator.

The Programme/ Setter/ Operator Key Responsibilities:

To complete a variety of Machining tasks
Fully Set and Operate a range of Fully Automated CNC Lathes and Milling Machines
Check that all works orders, drawings and materials correspond to meets quality and technical standards
Carry out inspection and measurement tasks
Understand and able to programme using Fanuc controls an advantage

The ideal Programme/ Setter/ Operator will have:

Engineering Apprenticeship / City & Guilds / Level 3 NVQ / BTEC
Knowledge and experience of operating CNC Turning machines is essential
Knowledge and experience of operating Wire EDM machinery an advantage
Understand and able to programme using Fanuc controls an advantage
The knowledge and ability to perform minor maintenance and repairs
