Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Update customer information in our database
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Customerfocused with a desire to provide exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required

Salary:
£22,984.00-£23,966.00 per year
