    Description

    Senior Project Manager (Luxury Branding)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Project Manager to join our growing London team.

The agency has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional work for premium and lifestyle brands, offering end-to-end services from strategy to production.

As Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-end projects from concept to completion, ensuring that both the creative vision and client expectations are met.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Defining scope & deliverables: Work closely with clients and creative teams to define the project scope, timeline, and deliverables, ensuring intricate details are met and every element is delivered to the highest standard.
    • Progress Reports: Create and present detailed reports on project milestones, timelines, and budgets to both clients and senior management.
    • Resource Allocation: Ensure every project is properly resourced and projects stay on schedule.
    • Budget Management: Manage the overall project budgets, ensuring everything stays on track, profitable and to an exceptionally high standard.
    • Risk Management: Consistently identify potential risks, delays, budget overruns and proactively mitigate these risks.
    • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact between the client and the internal team, ensuring you have a deep understanding of the clients' brand and vision, whilst managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Regularly update clients on progress, address concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with designers, strategists, copywriters, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution.
    • Quality control: Ensure that all deliverables align with the luxury brand's high expectations. The attention to detail is critical here, from the creative concepts to the final output.
    • Brand consistency: Ensure that the brand voice, aesthetics, and positioning are consistent across all project elements, reflecting the luxury positioning.
    • Streamlining Operations: Constantly assess workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and improve productivity.
    • Post-Project Review: After project completion, conduct debriefs to assess what went well and areas for improvement.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and shifts in luxury consumer behaviour.
    • Performance Metrics: Evaluate the success of projects and provide actionable insights on project outcomes and ROI for clients.

    Requirements:

    • Strong experience in managing complex, multi-phase projects.
    • Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling for high-profile clients.
    • Deep understanding of the luxury sector, including trends, consumer behaviour, and brand positioning.
    • Capacity to develop and execute high-level strategies that align with the client's business objectives and brand vision.
    • Ability to anticipate future needs, potential challenges, and deliver proactive solutions.
    • Skilled at bridging the gap between the creative team and client, ensuring vision alignment and quality output.
    • Ability to guide and influence design, content, and in-store elements while maintaining a brand's luxury integrity.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Can manage challenging client situations and internal team dynamics with tact and diplomacy.
    • Able to manage granular details without losing sight of the overarching strategic objectives and brand vision.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, especially when balancing multiple high-stakes projects.
    • Clear and concise communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Can articulate complex ideas to both creative and non-creative audiences.
    • A natural appreciation for luxury aesthetics, craftsmanship, and quality, with a refined understanding of what makes a brand feel exclusive and aspirational.
    • Remains composed and effective even when faced with tight deadlines or high-stakes situations. A steady hand for both the team and clients.
    • Strong negotiation skills. Able to effectively manage contract terms, scope creep, and client expectations, ensuring that the luxury experience is never compromised by budget or timeline constraints.
