Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer Full Time / Part Time £45 - £50 per hour East Midlands Remote working Are you a housing lawyer wanting to work in a local authority setting? An Exciting opportunity has arisen for housing litigation solicitors to join anestablished local authority in the East Midlands on a locum basis for 3 months+ and on a full time or part time basis.

As a Housing Litigation Solicitor there will be a variety of matters to handle including housing disrepair, homelessness, planning Enforcement,judicial Reviews, breach of injunction, anti-social behaviour and licensing.

For the most part as a locum housing litigation lawyer you will be expected to:


  • Support the litigation team including advocacy
  • Have a strong understanding and experience in acivil caseload
