Hospital Discharge Support Assistant_
(Ref
DSA)_

Salary £6,886 per annum. In additional you will receive 7.5% of your basic salary to reflect unsociable working hours.


The working hours are an average of 12 per week, Monday & Tuesday starting at 11.30am to 8pm and is based on a 4-week rota consisting of 3 weeks at 16 hours per week and 1 week on standby which are paid at £20 per day.

25 days A/L (pro rata), pension scheme and health care plan)


Based at North Manchester General Hospital you will work as part of a team escorting older and vulnerable people home from hospital.

If you enjoy helping people and like driving this could be the job for you.

The service runs Monday to Friday 11.30—8pm and you will work to a shift pattern of 3 weeks on and one week on standby.
