Contractors required:

Immediate start

Experienced multi traders in the Portsmouth & Southampton area required and also

General builders.

8am-4pm Monday to Friday, part time days available.

The Opportunity

Sub contractor basis only.
We are looking for skilled and capable individuals who will come from a building maintenance background to join us. We are looking for tradesmen who can carry out these types of roles on various jobs.

General maintenance
Plumbing
General carpentry
General building
Basic electrics

Plastering

Weekly pay.

Applicants must:

Possess good all round multitrade skills experience.
Be able to think on their feet and problem solve.

Have a good attention to detail

Be happy to work alone
Have good organisational skills
Have good time management skills
Fluent in English
Hard working & physically fit
Have a flexible approach to work
Good customer service skills
Full UK driving license
Have access to own range of tools
Be reliable, trustworthy and conscientious

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Possible weekends

Location:

Portsmouth/Southampton and surrounding areas.

Work Location: In person

The role involves reactive maintenance and will involve travelling to various different jobs.

No time wasters.
