Impact Resourcing are looking for a Tenant Liasion Officer in Liverpool;

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be:
*Main point of call for all escalated resident queries and complaints.

*Investigating and resolving all formal complaints, working closely with the team.

*Liaising regularly with tenants to ensure all complaints are dealt with, ensuring they

are updated on works progress.

*Reducing the number of formal complaints being raised, preventing any issues.

*Liaising with tenants to arrange work appointments.

*Working closely with the customer service team, achieving team targets as well maintaining productivity for individual targets.

To be successful in this Tenant Liaison Officer role, you will need to:
*Be an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer/ Customer Service Advisor/ Scheduler.

*Be experienced in social housing or have worked on a social housing contract.

*Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.

This job will be in and around Liverpool - DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED- mileage will be repayed

Salary:
£15.00 per hour
