Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working individuals to join our ever growing team and work in our Halifax Donuts Branch.

• Maintain an excellent customer focus at all times.
• Must be able to, with the correct training, prepare desserts to the correct standards of the Cha Cha Chai brand.
• Serve and advise customers in house.
• Answer incoming customer calls regarding order enquiries / making new orders.
• Be able to multitask and handle working in a fast paced environment.
• Be able to deal with any customer issues / complaints with a satisfactory outcome and good level of customer service.
• Work well on their own or part of a team.

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
