Are you a motivated and experienced administrator, who is looking for a busy and varied role in Nottingham?If so, we have a part time Administrator role that may be perfect for you.
We are working with a fantastic client based in Nottingham who are looking to hire an Administrator on a part time basis, within school hours, that thrives in a busy environment, possesses strong administration skills, excellent communication skills andideally has an interest in marketing.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Fully conversant with Microsoft office packages
- CRM experience
- Ability to deal with a variety of daily issues and prioritise work
- Methodical with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised and structured in their approach to task management
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
- Good interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- Ability to work independently and contribute as a team player
- A flexible and adaptable attitude, able to work towards the needs of the business
- Proven multitasking experience, and the ability to work under pressure
Within this position, you'll also be:
- Supporting the admin team
- Inputting data onto CRM system
- Updating the company website
- Updating social media
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and clients
- Supporting wider business
Salary is £23,000 pro rata
Working hours are part time
Monday - Friday - 9.30am - 3pm
