Office Assistant


Duties:


  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies

Skills:


  • Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
  • Experience with VT or other accounting software is a plus
  • Strong clerical skills including typing, filing, and record keeping
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive problemsolving skills and ability to work independently

Salary:
£18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Turkish (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
