    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Support Coordinator to join our Donor Recruitment team.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working sensitively with vulnerable people, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational abilities.

    • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families throughout their donor search journey (pre-, during, and post-transplant).

    About the Role


    This is a deeply rewarding role that requires empathy, professionalism, and initiative. As a Patient Engagement Coordinator, you will work closely with patients in need of a stem cell donor to support them in creating impactful donor registration appeals and events.



    • Maintain accurate records using our database to track patient engagement and activity.

    Responsibilities:


    1. Organise patient-led donor registration events across the UK;

    2. Represent publicly by delivering presentations about stem cell donation;

    3. Cultivate lasting relationships with colleagues across Donor Recruitment, Marketing & Communications teams;
