Description

Duties:


  • Manage the executive team's calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with special projects or events as assigned

Requirements:


  • Experience in a similar role ideally from a financial/legal background
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in clerical tasks
  • Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Types:

£30,000.00 per year
