We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and creative marketing professional to join our Marketing and Communications team.

Maybe Further Education isn't typically where you'd think about a role in Marketing, but we have a fantastic Marketing team with ambitious plans and we need talented marketing professionals to join us on our journey.

Based at Crawley College, our Marketing Co-ordinator will support the delivery of marketing activity and events to raise awareness and increase recruitment onto a wide range of courses and qualifications offered across the colleges within the Chichester College Group.

You will be a point of contact for the Sales team and curriculum, providing advice and guidance on innovative and creative marketing solutions to support growth and future provision.

A key benefit of a Marketing role within an education setting is the amazing benefits, highly competitive against what is offered by the private sector.
This includes
25 days annual leave (increasing to 28 days with each year of service) plus bank holidays, college closure days over the Christmas period (which are not deducted from leave entitlement) and the option to purchase up to 5 additional days. Other benefits include a Local Government Pension Scheme, training and development opportunities and occasional flexible working patterns. Check out the Staff Benefits booklet attached to this advert for more information about our fantastic range of benefits available to staff.**As our Marketing Co-ordinator, you will work within an established brand, and be involved in the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, which utilise a mix of print, digital and events to support marketing activity. Alongside this, you will work with other members of the Marketing team to integrate focused activity across our websites, social media platforms and maximise exposure through PR and media opportunities. Due to the nature of the job, some evening and weekend work may be required.

This is an exciting role and will provide you with the chance to gain valuable experience across a range of marketing disciplines, as well as being part of an established Marketing team that supports the Group's Ofsted 'Outstanding' grade.
