£14.00 per hour
FULL TIME/PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.
The Role:
We are building a new team to support a very engaging young lady who lives in the community, and we are looking for people who can work variable shifts and alternate weekends.**
7:30am-18:30pm,17:00pm-10:00pm.

Holidays: 33 days per year (pro rata)

You do not need your own car, but a full driving licence is essential for this role

Work for a provider who supports you and will work alongside you
The refer a friend scheme is worth £200 in total. This is split £100 after the person has worked 100 hours and then another £100 when they have passed probation (6 months usually).
The Person you will be Supporting
This young lady has a range of care and support needs, including personal care, moving and handling support, activity and social support but what is important is that L wants to be supported to live life to the full and despite her needs, she loves to do some amazing things
L has a sensory impairment and loves the outdoors, enjoying the fresh air, sounds, the crunching of leaves, the quacking of ducks and she loves people watching
L has a great zest for life and loves to spend time out in coffee shops, going on holiday, going to concerts, attending a social club, going on pamper days, having her nails done and generally doing all the things a lady of her age would enjoy.
As L likes to get out and about and loves to enjoy the outdoors, she does have has access to a vehicle, so you will need a driving licence for this role.
- Positive personality, patient, and kind, spontaneous, selfmotivated, perseverance, a problem solver, creative, flexible, uses initiative, promotes independence and also someone who is a good planner, as L likes to do lots of things and she has issues with mobility and health, things need to be planned to ensure that L has all her needs met when she is out and about.
