RoyaleResorts are part a rapid growing company which is one of the largest providers of residential and holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.

We are currently looking for a
Grounds Maintenance Assistant to join our friendly team at our development - Sun Valley in St Austell to assist with maintaining the RoyaleResorts standard to our guests.

Seasonal contract - until end of September 2023.

Responsibilities will include:

Maintaining existing and forthcoming Park facilities eg., fencing, decking, utilities etc
Assisting with renovation or redecoration projects
Supporting onsite Contractors when necessary
Taking direction from the General Manger with regard to requests from residents
The upkeep of all park and grounds including grass cutting (ride on and manual), strimming, edging and landscaping.
Checking the cottages are presentable for our guests eg, emptying bins, clearing dirty linen and replacing if needed and solving all maintenance jobs
Maintenance of all onsite equipment (eg., lawnmowers, tools etc)
