The RoleWe are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a reputable and long established local retailer based in Shrewsbury who are currently searching for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join their team.

In this varied role you will be a key point of contact for new and existing clients, driving new business opportunities, establishing clients' needs and building long lasting client relationships.

This role would be ideal for someone with previous experience in Sales, Customer Service or Account management especially within the building trade.

Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor:

Answer enquiries and from new and existing customers, establishing their needs, and ensuring that orders are generated.
Optimise new business opportunities through up and cross selling.
Driving sales through outbound calls to prospective clients
Arranging appointments for sales representatives
Answering incoming calls and monitoring inbox.
Working with colleagues to achieve KPI's and support the wider customer service teams when needed.
A strong and enthusiastic communicator who enjoys talking with people.
A fantastic team mentality.
Excellent IT skills.
