Whitstable Nursing Home are currently looking for a Hard-working and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team caring for Adults over 65 with a range of Healthcare needs.

• Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals.
• Washing up after meals, ensuring all crockery and equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately.
• Promoting a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and service towards our clients, including wearing of PPE where required.
• Maintaining Confidentiality regarding clients and staff, inline with GDPR/Data Protection policies.
• This is a full time position which would include weekends and bank holidays.
• No experience necessary, just an interest in working in an environment with vulnerable older people and a willingness to learn on the job. Full training provided.
• There may also be opportunity to progress to a Cook role in the future.
