The Picton Consultancy is working with an independent Estate Agency in Fareham and together we are recruiting for a Property Coordinator.

The Property Coordinator will join an established team and provide exceptional customer service and help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Previous experience in estate agency is advantageous but not essential.

Being able to communicate with vendors and buyers, and building relationships both in person in the office and over the phone is paramount.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying and selling properties
Negotiate offers and terms of sale
Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire transaction process

The role is unique within estate agency as the successful coordinator will undertake duties of a Negotiator in addition to some administration tasks, however the role is office based so a driving licence is not required.
