The Role


It is an exciting time to join the company in this brand new role The Customer Service Planning and Governance team plays a major role in how they serve their customers and how they connect with them through their highly respected service and support teamsacross Europe.

Working in close collaboration with the Customer Experience team and Product Support team in 33 markets across Europe, this new role will help drive the future of support delivery for the next decade or more.

The team prides itself on innovativeways of driving change and transformation in a fast paced and often challenging environment.

This role will be essential in helping deliver world leading customer service system development and improving customer journeys across Europe.


  • Understand current and new business procedures
  • Analyse customer service data and finding what to improve
  • Translate the fields' requirements into feasible activities in to customer service operation
  • Research European market and observe the requirements for future customer service
  • Report and communicate with partners
  • Support the European customer service teams via analysis and planning
This is a hybrid working role with 2-3 days per week based in Surrey.

  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Fluency in Korean language in oral and written communication
  • Highly analytical and logical mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent documentation skills, structured and easy to understand
  • Excellent time management and priority management
  • Other European Languages will be an advantage

- £65-72k base salary depending on experience
