Are you a competent Finance Officer with experience across Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger? Are you enticed by the opportunity to work within a well-established Charity and be solely responsible for its transactional finance function? Are you available immediatelyor on a short notice period?

My client is a well-known charitable organisation based in the London area, looking for an interim Finance Officer on a 3-month temporary basis, with a strong opportunity to go permanent.

The main responsibilities of the Interim Finance Officer are:

Completing various reconciliations, accruals, and pre-payments.
Providing vital support and stability to the organisations' transactional finance function.
Identifying errors and inconsistencies in General Ledger data and preparing correct journals.
Ensure highquality invoices are prepared efficiently and timetable all details as well as ensure VAT treatments are correct.
Previous experience in processing invoices on a weekly basis.
Excellent communication ability and strong excel skills.
Have 3+ years experience in a similar endtoend focused role
An ability to maintain good working relationships within the organisation and external service providers.
