Are you a competent Finance Officer with experience across Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger? Are you enticed by the opportunity to work within a well-established Charity and be solely responsible for its transactional finance function? Are you available immediatelyor on a short notice period?
My client is a well-known charitable organisation based in the London area, looking for an interim Finance Officer on a 3-month temporary basis, with a strong opportunity to go permanent.
The main responsibilities of the Interim Finance Officer are:
- Completing various reconciliations, accruals, and pre-payments.
- Providing vital support and stability to the organisations' transactional finance function.
- Identifying errors and inconsistencies in General Ledger data and preparing correct journals.
- Ensure highquality invoices are prepared efficiently and timetable all details as well as ensure VAT treatments are correct.
- Previous experience in processing invoices on a weekly basis.
- Excellent communication ability and strong excel skills.
- Have 3+ years experience in a similar endtoend focused role
- An ability to maintain good working relationships within the organisation and external service providers.
