Role Overview


As a Resilient Support Staff member, you'll play a crucial role in providing individualised support and guidance to students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Working closely with a team of dedicated professionals, you'll create a safe and nurturing environment where students can thrive academically and emotionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a twotoone ratio with students, providing personalised support and guidance.
  • Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviours and promote positive social interactions.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with individuals displaying challenging behaviours preferred.
  • Resilience, patience, and a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
