CDM Advisor

Liverpool - Hybrid

£55 - £60k + Car/Car allowance

The Opportunity


As a CDM advisor based at our client's site in Liverpool but working a hybrid pattern, you will provide clients with advice on the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM 2015) on their construction or infrastructure projects.

Working as part of a team you will be involved in construction projects that cover sectors such as Housing, Offices, Hotels, Retail, Health, and Education.


You will use a wide range of tools and processes within your role to provide our clients with the best advice to help them understand and meet their obligations under Health and Safety Legislation.

This will include working with Ridge Principal Designers, design teams, and contractors.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advising clients
  • Support in undertaking site inspections and monitoring visits to determine health & safety compliance.
  • Attend Project, design and other meetings as and when required.
  • Work to strict deadlines to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
  • Assist in maintaining the business 18001 accreditation

Experience & Skills

  • Health & Safety ideally NEBOSH construction certificate or similar
  • And understanding of construction process
  • IOSH Technical qualification not essential
  • IT Skills
  • Client facing role must be presentable with good communication skills.
  • Ability to produce your own documentation based on clients' standards is essential
