The Night Production Operative role would suit a hands on, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude.

The work will require you to work alone with mínimal supervision and you may also be required to take on tasks outside of your normal work area to help others in the wider team.

The role is full time, working Monday to Friday nights from 22:00 to 06:00. Flexibility may be required in order to meet the business needs.

The main duties of the role include:

Operating our main flour packer
Providing cover on our smaller flour packers
Maintaining high standards of hygiene on site
Operating our batch mixing plant

Able to prioritise and manage your time efficiently
Desire to learn new skills
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to understand and implement our quality policy of "Right Product, Right Place, Right Time"
Operate safely and comply with all Health and Safety and Food Safety site requirements
Manual handling training
Experience of counterbalance forklift preferred but not essential
