    Job Title: Shop Manager

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead our boutique shop in Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing store sales and profits.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers, providing effective leadership, training, and development
    • Utilize your retail experience to maximize store sales and profits
    • Ensure customers and donors receive an excellent shopping experience
    • Handle and lift bags of stock up to 10kg

    About You

    • Experience in a performance-driven retail/customer-centric environment
    • Proven management skills, including team leadership and development
    • Ability to build, retain, and develop a team
    • Strong drive to achieve results through others
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • IT literacy and numeracy skills
