/ Working Hours**:Full-Time, 40 Hours per week
- Due to our continued growth and success across the business, we are recruiting for a Resource Planner who will be an integral part of the Resourcing Department. This role will work in partnership with the Resource Manager to support our Part 145 (Maintenance) and Part 21 (Design) organisations. You will provide assistance in the accurate recording and reporting of all resource scheduling, driving resource efficiency across the business.

/ Responsibilities**:
- Produce KPI reports and collate any adjustments or actions
- Complete daily work allocation checks and amend as necessary
- Data entry of corridor hours per aircraft on to input plans
- Ensure the designated MRO & Line Station rota's are kept up to date
- Attend meetings as necessary to support the resourcing process
- Assist in the development, management, and maintenance of the resource planning spreadsheet
- Assist with the scheduling of holidays, unplanned absences, & work allocations for MRO locations ensuring these are properly recorded onto the resource planning spreadsheet
- Maintain and update the aircraft resource plans and hangar loading plans
- Assist with resource issues and escalations through to successful resolution
- Proactive involvement in aircraft input meetings, presenting resource plans
- Report on resource levels, issues and trends, ensuring a feed into continual improvement so senior management have good visibility via KPI's
- Maintain rosters for support staff, apprentices and any temporary staff within MRO
- Compile and print each week's tool control sheet
- Proactively engage in improvements of our business, where appropriate, including suggesting changes to technical process and procedures, escalating any issues / improvements as required
/ Skills, Qualifications and Experience required**:
- Excellent MS Office skills including Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders
- Good organisation skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good team player, career focused, hunger to learn, confident and articulate
- High attention to detail, and an adaptable and resourceful personality
- Keen interest in the Aviation industry
