Description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to help support the provision of the highest quality patient care through dedicated administrative and clerical support and continuous improvement.


Based in a specialty clinical team, you will be the point of contact for all administrative and clerical issues relating to patients' pathway of care, tracking and supporting them from referral to treatment and/or discharge.


If successful, you will provide a patient focused service that supports clinical staff in the provision of efficient integrated pathways that enable the best use of resources and ensure that patients are fit, willing and able to be treated and that they are treated in the right place, by the right person, at the right time.


You will ensure high levels of patient care and will ensure clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer focused and knowledgeable point of contact.

You will provide administrative support for the Trust-wide Cervical Screening Provider Lead (CPSL)


You will have particular responsibility for ensuring that complete and accurate patient activity data is collected and entered on to the Colposcopy Database System and that reports are produced in a timely manner.


Maintain and ensure data is entered routinely in to Infoflex (the database for Colposcopy patients) and ensure all data is correct that has been captured by consultants and PPCs for each patient.


Maintain and conduct a weekly data check in Cyres (colposcopy imaging software) performance report to ensure the data is accurate for KC65 Department of Health submission.

Liaise with Cyres and Infoflex and ensure that database is updated and reflecting performance for accurate submission


Maintain and conduct a weekly data check on KC65 (the Department of Health audit of Colposcopy patients for the NHSCCP) to ensure all performance data is captured and correct ahead of KC65 submission.


Work with the lead consultant to ensure the KC65 audit information is submitted in a timely as and when required (currently quarterly and annually).
