We're looking for experienced Sales Negotiators with charisma, charm and a competitive edge to join one of our offices in Tower Bridge.

The ability to build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership as well working closely with members of other departments for the purpose of obtaining information in support of valuations and also to keep an eye on cross selling of business will be essential.
You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and clients, whilst also having a proven track record in closing sales.
This role is open to experienced estate agents who have at least two years' experience in the London residential property market.
Most important of all is that you have a can-do attitude, are a self-starter, are keen to succeed individually and as part of a team and take pride in the work that you do.
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating the CRM with up to date information and data.
- Effectively build and maintain relationships with Applicants and Vendors.
- Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant's motivation for their search in order to design the best possible tour for them.
- Plan and execute viewings ensuring they are designed to be structured.
- Assessing buyers' financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
- Instigate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring this is completed within a reasonable time frame.
- Property details & descriptions on portals
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Supporting all team members
- Building relationships with new clients and nurturing existing ones
- Ensuring clients' expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them
- Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone.
- Overseeing the client experience to ensure they receive the highest levels of service, all the time
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Understanding of the local area and able to value properties accurately.
- Knowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.
- A strong work ethic.

- An experienced
