Q ROOM STUDENT SUPPORT LEAD
Band 3 £21,968 - £24,054 pro rata

36.25 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks (i.e. 40 weeks)

(full-time actual salary £19,274)

Our Q Room ensures that students who need some time out of lesson to reflect on their behaviour, get that time and support in a safe space where they can continue to learn.

The Q Room Student Support Lead supports the Pastoral Team in ensuring there is a high-quality provision in our Q Room, focusing on learning support, welfare and guidance.

The Q Room Student Support Lead also supports the Year Teams in the implementation of pastoral care, engagement, and positive behaviour for learning strategies for all students.
