• Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, storage areas, and equipment
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling procedures
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices is a plus
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
