An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, motivated and enthusiastic Band 3 Continuing Healthcare Administrator to join the Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Team.

The post holder will provide clerical and administrative support to enable the team to deliver an efficient and effective service, in accordance with the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-Funded Nursing Care October 2018 (Revised) and other relevant local and national guidance.
