Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry and help clients achieve their real estate goals.


Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
• Create and maintain listings of available properties
• Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
• Stay uptodate with real estate market trends and changes
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus

£22,565.00 per year
