you will be responsible for providing a broad range of research and recruitment support to the Recruitment Consultants, working on projects across Europe, the USA and Asia-Pacific.


We will train you in recruitment research and also provide all the support needed to gain a qualification in Executive Research from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC).


This is a varied and challenging role that has a meaningful impact on the business and the people we deal with.

What the Job Involves

  • Providing research and recruitment support to Recruitment Consultants.
  • Working on recruitment projects globally.
  • Creating and optimising job adverts using platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobsite, Indeed etc.
  • Work with the Research team and Recruitment Consultants to ensure effective research is conducted, suggesting alternative solutions or ideas.
We're Looking for Someone Who...

  • Has previous officebased administration/research experience.
  • Can cope with pressure and work to a deadline.
  • Is selfmotivated.
  • Is Processdriven.
  • Has excellent communication skills.
  • Beneficial would be an additional language but not essential.
