We have an exciting opportunity to join The Crosby Group as Customer Experience Team Leader.

Together with your colleagues you will make quotes, orders and everything that comes with it in a professional way so you contribute to the success of our department

Main Responsibilities:


  • Manage the professional development of the inside sales team, which consists of individuals who conduct sales via phone and the internet (hiring, training, developing)
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes
  • Inform (potential) customers about our products and procedures
  • Order entry in SAP
  • Follow up open orders, stock and MTO.
  • Check availability of SKU/MTO
  • Make quotations in SAP and actively follow up on them
  • Inform customers of actions and price changes
  • Handle any type of complaint in a proficient way
  • Create/provide documents (Certpro, customs, COO)
  • Conduct mitigating controls
  • Determine shipment method and price
  • Train and support colleagues
  • Collaborate in improvement projects
  • Work closely with the regional sales manager to pamper customers

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience

  • Min. 5 years on a customer department and export regulations
  • Accustomed with SAP module S&D, MM
  • Experience in a corporate environment
  • Commercial skills to follow up quotes and projects
  • Working in a multicultural/international environment
Technical Skills

  • Lean processes
  • Products and spare parts.
  • Sales & Operations Planning.
  • ERP
  • Technical knowhow of products or willing to learn Education
Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience

  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (39.5 hours)
