The Role
Due to significant growth and future work, we're seeking to recruit Management Trainees across our business.

As a Management Trainee in Fortem, you will have a clear plan around your development and our established Management Trainee scheme has continually proven that developing our next generation of future leaders is imperative to our growth plans.

Fortem is looking for the right people to join as future leaders to support our ambitious growth plans.

The Project

Essential and Desirable Criteria
You will need to be driven and a fantastic communicator with the ability to work within a fast
- paced exciting environment, which is ever-changing to market demands. You will be a natural influencer, one that always challenges the norm to drive through creative solutions and has the commerciality to ensure we are maximizing our business portfolio at all times.
