Description
Our client who provides specialist construction, engineering, and facilities management solutions to a variety of client across a range of sectors are now looking to recruit a Project Administrator / Coordinator.
This is a full time permanent position and will be based from our clients offices on the outskirts of St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Main Responsibilities_
- Filing any relevant documentation i.e., quotes, invoices, PO's, contracts etc.
- Creating site folders ensuring they kept up to date with all the required information
- Ensure goods are delivered on the required date and chase up outstanding deliveries
- Arranging material returns as required
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Booking hotels and train tickets
- Update client databases
- Keep 'Hire' report up to date and ensure off hiring items within specified time
- To issue invoices to the clients produced via Accounts for contract values and updating trackers
- Maintain all contract files electronically ensuring they are always kept up to date and organised
- To work with the contract / compliance manager and ensure all paperwork to demonstrate contract and statutory compliance are filed electronically and within the site files as necessary
- Attend client meetings as and when required and taking meeting minutes
We value everyone's skills and experiences but for this role are looking for people who:
- Competent in the use of computerised systems, such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
