My client is a national £1bn turnover organisation based in London looking for a P2P Systems Specialist to join their team in a role filled with development and growth.


The main responsibilities of the Proactis Support Specialist are as follows:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all Proactis queries from users across the organisation.
  • Play a key role in a multitude of projects, including but not limited to, streamlining, migration and upgrading of various purchasetopay and financial systems.
  • Take the lead on delivering training and workshops to all internal system users throughout the company.
  • Vital input to the redevelopment and configuration of their bespoke form of Proactis.
  • Provide invaluable support to staff across the organisation on a multitude of financial reporting issues, ensuring they are able to access all the significant data they require.

  • Working knowledge of the full PurchasetoPay process.
  • At least one year's experience of using asministering Proactis and providing exceptional support and customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Experience of working within an organisation with a large number of financial or P2P system users.
  • Excellent communication skills.
