My client is a national £1bn turnover organisation based in London looking for a P2P Systems Specialist to join their team in a role filled with development and growth.

The main responsibilities of the Proactis Support Specialist are as follows:

Act as the main point of contact for all Proactis queries from users across the organisation.
Play a key role in a multitude of projects, including but not limited to, streamlining, migration and upgrading of various purchasetopay and financial systems.
Take the lead on delivering training and workshops to all internal system users throughout the company.
Vital input to the redevelopment and configuration of their bespoke form of Proactis.
Provide invaluable support to staff across the organisation on a multitude of financial reporting issues, ensuring they are able to access all the significant data they require.

Working knowledge of the full PurchasetoPay process.
At least one year's experience of using asministering Proactis and providing exceptional support and customer service to internal stakeholders.
Experience of working within an organisation with a large number of financial or P2P system users.
Excellent communication skills.
