Loaf is a local bakery looking for an early morning delivery driver with a positive 'can do' attitude, to join its friendly team. IMMEDIATE START.
We are a small independent company offering fresh products, which are baked in our Farnham bakehouse every night.

Working on a rota basis in conjunction with 3 other drivers, the goods are delivered each morning to our five shops.


In addition to delivering the bread and cakes, it is the driver's responsibility to place the bread on the display shelves before the shops open.


Each driver works on a rota basis to cover Monday to Saturday, one run per day over (approximately 3 hours) 3 to 4 days per week. Flexibility is needed to cover holiday and sickness of the other drivers in the team. Calling at 2 shops each run from 4.30am start from the central Wrecclesham Bakehouse.

  • ESSENTIALS:_
  • A clean driving licence_
  • Over 30 for insurance reasons_
  • Would need to have own transport or live locally to Wrecclesham as public transport to and from work is not an option for such an early start._
  • Physically fit. Although the bread trays are not excessively heavy, they do require a degree of fitness to lift._
  • Clean and smart appearance. This is not just a delivery job. The applicant will be required to handle bread (using gloves) to help set up the shops in advance of the sales staff arrival._
The delivery vehicles are new long wheelbase Citroen Relay vans (similar to Ford Transit).


Starting salary £12.00 per hour increasing to £14.00 after satisfactory probationary period.
