Quality & Compliance

Record keeping for BRC and McDonalds audits
Organisation and preparation for BRC and McDonalds audit
Assisting with the audits on the day of
Customer compliance temperature checks
Site plans and organization, in addition organization and running the monthly site meetings
Dealing with customer complaints in relation to compliance and quality
Customer investigations

Human Resources

Onboarding of new employees and inductions
Updating and maintaining the employee database
Assisting with employee events
Maintenance of employee personal files
Note taker of investigations, disciplinaries and appeal meetings
Assisting Managing Director in weekly operations meetings in the absence of the Manager and Director
Assisting in recruitment

- placing ads, scheduling interviews, arranging interview panels

Marketing

Maintaining the staff app with content, transport rotas, training, driver induction and health and safety
Assisting with the Company with the attendance at exhibitions, careers fairs and events
Assist HR on the annual event calendar

Training Plan:

Quality and compliance training and qualifications for the steady take over of BRC and McDonalds audits
CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources

- basic qualification on the standard HR practices

- to resource a suitable course on employer branding

Essential Criteria:

GCSE Grades A-C in English, Maths and ICT
Excellent computer skills
Experience of working within a busy office environment
Ambitious and desire for progression
Eager to learn
Flexibility in working hours to meet business requirements only as and when needed.
