Masstemps are recruiting for an experienced Factory Operative on behalf of one of our busy clients in the Telford Area.


Responsibilities:


  • Operate machinery and equipment in a factory setting
  • Assembly
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Perform quality control checks on finished products
  • Spot Welding
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Experience:


  • Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Hand/ Power tool experience
  • Experience with with Machine Operating
