  • Helping onboard new customers to Rightmove, ensuring a consistent and high quality start to their Rightmove journey
  • Guiding customers through ongoing management of their products so they can begin benefiting from their investment as early as possible
  • Helping manage key hand offs with our other internal teams to help complete a change to a customer's package, including our Design and Datafeed teams.
  • Supporting other areas of our processing team dependent on where demand might be on certain days, and from time to time being ready to step in and help the wider Customer Experience team
  • Proactively and constructively contributing ideas and challenging the team processes where potential improvements have been identified.
  • Helping your Team Leader and Manager with bespoke projects from time to time to trial the delivery of new products, packages and processes
  • Making balanced decisions around prioritising workload for the benefit of the customers, account managers, our team and wider Rightmove and keeping all parties updated about the progress of customer orders.
