Description

Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families? We are looking for a highly motivated individual with relevant qualifications, experience and skills (including experience of working in a care setting or with health and voluntary sector staff and the public) to join our well-established and supportive team of paediatric dietitians.

We deliver high quality, innovative services across a range of specialisms and settings, including neonatology, child development centre, allergy, respiratory medicine, home enteral feeding and the regional metabolic service.


This role is primarily to support our team in managing the care of children who are fed artificially (via a feeding tube) in the home setting.

You will work closely with our dietetic team and dietetic assistant practitioner colleagues providing support in the hospital, outpatients and community settings.

You will be liaising with the children's nursing and medical teams as well as dietetic colleagues within this and other local trusts.

You will, therefore, require excellent communication and team working skills.
