Description

We are a brand new shop. Specialising in Swedish and Nordic goods. We will be serving classic Swedish treats and Sandwiches.

Your job role is following and you will be responsible for the following:
Preparing and serving consistently high-quality hot drinks at speed and helping out making fresh sandwiches. We also work with beans from local artisan coffee roasters.

Latte art is a must You will also be responsible for replenishing stock and ensuring products are presented to a high standard.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Working closely with the Commercial Manager and supervisors to resolve the daytoday issues which may occur.
Ensuring that food and beverage operations are an integral part of the visitor experience that reflect our brand.
Ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service with high presentation standards that consistently exceed our visitor expectations.
The promotion and responsibility for health & safety and food safety.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE:

Previous experience of working as a Barista in a busy environment.
Excellent customer service skills
Have good interpersonal skills and be a confident communicator
The ability to maintain good team working relationships, within team and wider
Able to work flexibly, with regular weekend and bank holiday working, and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
