Do you want the excitement of night life, but still want office hours?Soho Bars London Ltd are looking for a Bookings and Admin Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time basis. We a small, diverse, warm, and friendly Head office team. Soho Bars London Ltd is comprised of two vibrant late-night bars, Freedom Bar Soho (LGBTQ+) and Soho Residence.
Job Spec:
- Take Prepayments and card authorisations in line with our booking terms.
- Coordinate some large private hire events with up to 150 PAX.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access etc., to produce correspondence and documents.
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents, and computerbased information.
- Support the office with daytoday adhoc duties.
Skills required;
- Literate in all basic PC skills.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Well organised.
- A conscientious team player with a good sense of urgency
- Ability to multi task.
- Experience using Access (Collins and Tonic) desirable but not essential.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
