Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician

Responsibilities:
- The Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician will be responsible for carrying out electro mechanical assembly tasks in accordance with engineering specifications and assembly instructions.
- They will utilise advanced soldering techniques to assemble and connect electronic components accurately.
- The technician will perform crimping and wiring operations with precision, ensuring proper connections and optimal functionality.
- They will conduct thorough quality control inspections to identify and rectify any assembly issues or defects.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including engineers and designers, the technician will troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area, the technician will adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- The technician will contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly processes by providing insights and suggestions.
- They will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to meet production targets and deadlines.
Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician Requirements:
- They must have proven experience as an Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in soldering techniques, crimping, and wiring is essential.
- Familiarity with assembly tools, equipment, and measurement instruments is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately are necessary.
- Effective problemsolving and troubleshooting skills are important for this role.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities are desired.
