Moulton Chapel is a 'good' school and has fantastic children.

We are looking to appoint a highly committed teaching assistant who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and a team-player to work as part of our Key Stage 1 team.

The role will primarily be to provide support and provision to a busy and dynamic mixed aged Key Stage 1 class (R/Y1/Y2), but could lead to providing support in Key Stage 2 also.

We have high expectations, and the staff and children are always striving to become the best we can be You would be joining a friendly team of 4 teachers (including the headteacher) and 6 TAs in this small, rural primary school.

We value our family atmosphere and the support of our pupils' families and the local community.

Experience of working with children within Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1;
Experience of using an SSP scheme
Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised is used by school;
Resilience and the ability to cope with the physical demands of the job;
The ability to work in a calm, supportive and caring manner;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
The ability to deliver learning support planned by the teacher to either groups or individuals;
Have knowledge of using Tapestry to record children's learning journeys;

Visits to the school may be possible.
