Growing financial business in the UK insurance market seek a Technical Support Analyst with scripting experience in Unix and PowerShell.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and report on responses to incidents within service levels.
  • Assist with Unix, scripting and C# issues.
  • Create Unix and PowerShell scripts to automate service management controls and processes.
  • Provide support to deployment and all user desktop devices and tools.
  • Analyse, resolve and fix minor IT infrastructure incidents and defects.
  • Provide MI as requested by the Service Delivery Lead and IT Director

Required skills:

  • Scripting experience (Unix/shell & PowerShell)
  • An indepth understanding of Windows (Desktop & Server)
  • Printer/scanner/photocopier configuration and incident resolution skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL principles.
